Sue has practiced as a Physical Therapist since 1996 and founded Stellar Rehabilitation in 2004, providing innovative, individualized, hands-on therapy services for clients ranging from 6 weeks old to 106 years old. Stellar Rehab is one of Dane County’s only privately-owned, comprehensive therapy providers, offering physical, occupational and speech/language therapy services at clinics in Verona and Madison, Wisconsin.
With constant changes in healthcare’s prior and upcoming decades, it is imperative to understand and adapt. Sue has formed partnerships with multiple Home Healthcare Agencies, Hospice Agencies, Senior Communities and Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities, providing therapists who are skilled to offer excellent care in a variety of settings with a multidisciplinary team-work approach. She and her staff offer community presentations, a Complimentary Falls Prevention and Screening program and in-service training for our partnership locations.
It is imperative as a business owner and a healthcare provider to build relationships and have intricate involvement in the community, as has been the case since Stellar opened its doors. Sue has donated countless time, effort and financial resources to multiple organizations, including the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association, American Parkinson’s Disease Association, Alzheimer’s Association, American Red Cross, Boy Scouts, Senior Catholic Charities, City of Verona, City of Fitchburg, Rotary Club of Fitchburg-Verona, Verona Area Chamber of Commerce, Mendota Gridiron Club, University of Wisconsin, MS Society, Verona Area School District, Junior Career Days, Verona Community Betterment, and the Verona Recreation Department, just to name a few.
Sue holds a MPT (1996) and a BS (1993) from the University of Michigan and a BS (1991) from Grand Valley State University.
